I accept BluShield/Magellan insurance and private pay. However, some insurance carriers allow you to choose an out-of-network provider if you have a PPO or POS plan; in this instance, I will provide a Superbill that clients' can submit to their insurance company for partial or full reimbursement.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit, and the best way to find out is to please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are sometimes available based on a client's circumstances.

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or cancel with fewer than 24 hours notice to me, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Please be aware that insurance companies will not reimburse you for this charge. Clear emergencies (such as major illness or unsafe driving conditions due to inclement weather) are exempt from such billing.
